This isn't a "Google Group". This is a Usenet forum.

Google Groups is a crappy interface to a usenet forum.

And many people DO block Google Groups posters for many reasons -
their crappy interface often gives errors, causing people to THINK
their post didn't go through, so of course, the person tries again,
and again, and again, and again, and again, so the post then shows up
30 times. Or the GG (Google Grouper) thinks the Usenet forum is a
"Google Group".

>I tried posting and the message never showed up.

Because Google Groups isn't Usenet. It's a web based interface to
Usenet. And posts can take hours or days to show up. Yes, that can
happen with usenet too, but it's more common with Google Groups.

Once again, because Google Groups is a crappy interface, and has lots
of problems.

No. Because I use a real usenet client.

When I post a message, it either goes, or I get an error.

I can't think of once in the 10+ years I've been using Usenet where I
got an error message telling me that my message wasn't sent but it
actually was.

Uhhhhh yeah, that made a lot of sense.

Maybe I'm not as smart as you, but I don't understand your analogy.

People blocking GG'ers who use a crappy interface to the internet vs
blocking people with a high speed connections?

Please explain.
