This cable is not CA-42 at all. It may be non-original F-Bus cable either a cable with AT-Commands support. You can try it out with Oxygen Phone Manager II (
http://www.opm-2.com/ ) or Oxygen Express (
http://www.oxygen-express.com/ ). We support F-Bus (full duplex) cables ad 'DAU-9p/F-Bus' connection type (in 'Tools' -> 'Options' -> 'Connection and common' ). And AT-commands cables as 'DLR-3/DLR-3p' . Don't set 'DKU-5/CA-42' option for non-original cables- it won't work. You should set virtual COM port directly via 'Tools' -> 'Options' -> 'Connection and common' -> 'Add port'.
