I think I have a later or earlier version of MPT but "settings" is
probably what you want.

When you click on Settings, what choices do you have? Anything that
looks like "General Setup" or similar?

Scroll down to the section labelled "To Get the Multimedia Studio Icon"
and see if either method 1 or 3 will work for you but first make sure
MPT is updated to the latest version available.
