Key *3279 or *8646 when the service answers (after "por servicio en
Español pression el numeró 2") key 3, then 1. Balance will be given
first in number of "nationwide" minutes. If you wish to know the
dollar amount in the account then press 1..

You can also get balance and expiration by accessing T-Zones and
choose the my account link which will show the balance in minutes and
in dollars as well as the expiration date.

Using 611 to get prepaid account information through customer care
will only delay your call as you'll be transferred to prepaid customer
care where you'll have to enter your phone number (confirm) and do the
two key presses that you would have to do by calling the correct
number (*3279 or *8646 which reaches the same place. *3279 *EASY is
the old number for "Easy Speak" where *8646 *TOGO is the number for
the T-Mobile To Go service. Either of these two numbers are
specifically for the prepaid service. #999# is the short code for
prepaid balance. #646# does not work and only directs you to key
#999#.
