Hello Everyone,

I am having trouble with mobile PhoneTools. I just recently (March 14)
bought 2 (two) Motorola V3 Razr cellphones and installed mobile
PhoneTools on my computer. I am running Windows XP. I am having
trouble getting the computer to recognize the cellphone. I have tried
both cellphones and the computer will not recognize either cellphone.
I have even got the mobile PhoneTools latest update, but with the same
results. I have tried at least 4 times to get this to work, by
uninstalling and then reinstalling mobile PhoneTools. I have tried
different USB ports. But the computer will not recognize the
cellphone. I get a little popup message in the bottom right corner of
the screen which says: "USB Device Not Recognized. One of the USB
devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does
not recognize it. For assistance in solving this problem, click this
message." After clicking the message, all I really get is a window
saying it is an unknown device and then at the bottom it says try
reconnecting the device. Has anyone had the same experience? Or does
anyone know how to or have any ideas how to resolve this problem?
