V3a phone alerts should mean the same things no matter what the plan,
but I got my answers, thanks.

Haven't been able to get any help from them for some time now. It
seems the only requirement for an Alltel CS job is to be able to say
"cell phone" in English.

Where are they located? Judging from the accents, my guess would be
Mexico. Maybe upstairs over a bar in Tijuana...
