Default Anybody tried the CECT P168? It is a clone of the iPhone.

This isn't clear. Look at

Where they now have a tri-band North American version, but still no quad
band. "http://zydaglo.com" Not much use in Europe and Asia.

Where did you see a quad band?

No voice-dialing (like the iPhone).

No Wi-Fi.
