Thanks. My last dealing with Dell was over a x51v Dell PDA (WM5 OS) that
crashed about 8 times a day...even just sitting there. The demo model in
the mall kiosk Dell had setup in our mall also crashed, but the people
working there thought, wrongly, that it was from the customers crashing it.
It would simply lose control of even its own home screen, for no reason
(other than Micro$oft, of course)....(c;

After a long night with the Dell Indians on the other side of the planet,
their solution to get rid of me was to refund under 15USC50 sect 2304, the
Magnusson-Moss Warranty Protection Act, same reason WalMart refunds your
money when something's not right with the toaster. It was only fair.
