I have no problems providing service to MWW customers. The problem is
that MWW gave them practically ANYTHING they wanted to keep them. It
was common to see them carrying balances over 120 days old. Alltel
does NOT do this. Let me tell you, the first few months were rough.
They would call in expecting us to bend to their every want, like MWW
did, only to find out that "Alltel don't play that."
We would get constant complaints: "MWW didn't do this." HELLO -
maybe that's why they were about to go out of business and were bought
out by Alltel!
