well I am completely back with alltel

I had some serious billing isues end of last year with alltel, I felt
insecure and moved my main business line to Sprint....kept my other lines
with alltel hoping the mess would clear, it took awhile but alltel was
more than accomodating. In the end the also waived my early termination
fee, provided me with a new Treo 700p and so I ported my main line back.
It is good all around cause my service with Sprint in Michigan raised lots
of questions. I had the unlimited plan and they were still charging me
for roaming, sometimes only three miles from home (live in Muskegon).
They use alltel towers in an agreement, however they charge the customer
for use, though alltel does not charge them. If an alltel customer uses a
Sprint tower there is no roaming charge,so it didnt make much sense to me.
Anyway, I am completely back and happy. I have eight phones and we are
a happy.
