And once again Larry has NO idea what he is talking about. If you
need CS and route yourself to TD Data Support, you are creating
problems:
1. Now YOU are holding up a customer who truly NEEDS ATS.
2. You are screwing up an employees transfer rates.
3. They have NNNOOO control over where the transfer goes. They
merely transfer the call to the CS queue via a SINGLE transfer code
and they system routes it to wherever the wait time is anticipated to
be the shortest...which could go to an offshore location.
Larry, please stop embarrasing yourself.
