Application that allows me to send SMS with a particular encoding.

I am developing an application that processes SMS messages and I need
to test it by sending SMS messages from another handset. Does anybody
know of an application that allows me to send SMS messages with a
particular encoding? I have UIQ 3.0, Windows Mobile 6 Professional,
S60 2nd Edition and S60 3rd Edition handsets at my disposal.
