Default Handset Functional Block Diagrams websites

I'm looking for a web source that can provide me functional block diagrams
on GSM and CDMA handsets in a general sense as well as general
specifications (i.e. handset power, etc) of the latest class of cell phones
on the market for consumers. Does anything like this exist? I'm not
looking for anything proprietary.

https://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/...ericSearch.cfm
if it's a device sold in the US.

Pictures, test data, test procedures, etc.

Works best if you have the FCC ID (NOT the FCC Registration
Number) of the device you want info on.

That's a pretty tall order.

These days, most handsets are highly integrated; almost all of the
functionality is on the (single) CPU chip itself. The TI website has
some excellent diagrams of their current GSM chips on their website
somewhere (I'd have to fish for a while). The rest is just plugging
SDRAM, flash, maybe a camera chip, and the antenna on around the
outside. The interfaces are designed so that very little else is
needed in the way of interface parts.
