Call log 1/2 broken on Moto-v195 on T-mobile?

Posting to the three parts that might be at fault for this issue, tho I
suspect that it could not be a gsm issue...

I have a Motorola v195, using T-mobile "To Go" prepaid service.

I called a number using the phonebook on the phone using a number that was
saved on the SIM. About 20 minutes later I called the same number. Each
call went thru fine and I talked to the person for less then a minute each
time.

The problem: Later when I checked the call log to find out exactly when
each call was made, I found that it only logged the second of the two
calls. The second was a bit shorter then the first, so it is not an issue
of not logging calls under some time period.

Anybody know if this is a problem with T-Mobile, the phone itself,
sunspots, etc.?
