Default GSM device supporting mutliple sim cards

Hello!
Is there any GSM device available on the market to use multiple sim
cards with? If so, i would subscribe to various (prepaid) mobile network
operators in order to pick the cheapest one for each call. If not, are
there any other options to achieve this?

There are numerous GSM 900/1800 handsets from China that support dual SIM
cards; some of these are sold in UK. Also, GT Telecom has a quad band
phone that has 2 separate GSM engines operating simultaneously
(www.2simphone.com).

Thank you very much. I've even found a 3 SIM phone from China, namely
Sang Da X689 for USD 111.
