You cannot set the originator address of messages submitted
"over the air". The originator address is always set by the
SMSC with which the SMS is lodged, and to the best of my
knowledge is always set to the actual sender's number.
To have any chance of controlling the content of the originator
address field, you must establish a relationship with a
commercial message centre direct lodgement bureau service, and
submit messages using a protocol such as SMPP over TCP/IP. I
