back from EU report on USA unlocked RazrV3 use

have a USA ATT branded unlocked RazrV3 I used with a Proximus Pay&Go card in Belgium lately ...got great service with 5 bars everywhere ...was able to use WAP browser for limited internet but never was able to surf with OperaMini even though I had the correct WebSession information in there ...how come??

It could be like O2-UK and Fido-Canada's prepaid service where WAP
access is available but general internet access isn't.

(Things might have changed since 2005 when I last tried their data
servces. Orange UK and Virgin UK both allow full internet access on
their prepaid services.)
