Default Verizon Express Network dialup using Motokrzr K1m?

Hello,

I have a Motokrzr K1m. I'd like to use the Verizon Express Network
over this cell phone, using it as a modem.

I can get the Verizon network access to work with the QNC network, and
I've had Express Network working with my previous phone, a V710, I
think. I assume I need to change the modem string but have so far not
been able to find the right setup mojo. Can anyone help?

Thanks,

-Les Elkins

What is the difference between QNC and Express Network anyway? Don't
they both do the same thing? (use phone as modem)

They both give you modem access, but QNC is 14.4Kbps, Express Network
is much faster (I tested it once at around 250Kbps).

QNC is sort of, kind of, fast enough for pulling down e-mail on the
road (provided no one has just sent me a 5MB Powerpoint file). But
Express Network is pretty much broadband anywhere.

Ah, I get it now. Well, since your phone is a Moto, it probably
requires some seem edits (On my LG, I had to change the DUN address in
the M.IP From xxxxxxxxxx@dun.vzw.com to xxxxxxxxxx@vzw.com using a
program called QPST)

The RAZR V3C didn't need seem edits, just needs to be recognized as a USB
modem.
