V3xx via USB 1.1 cable? Need a driver for Win98SE. Dinasaur?

Yep, I know I should get a new PC with XP or newer, but I just don't
want to do that. I tried to install MPT to get a driver, but it won't
install on my 8 year old junk. I tried connecting with a cable, but
it wants a specific driver. Anyone know if one exists? The one I
found on motodev.com is not my old OS.
