Default RAZR V3 Network Time Sync

I have a UK-made Black RAZR V3, and discovered that it doesn't timesync to
the Network (ATT). Is there a modification, patch, or some other update
that can correct this? If so, please point me to it. Thanks.

Is there not an menu setting for this at

Menu -> Setup -> Initial Setup -> Time and Date -> Autoupdate

?

I have a V3 from Hong Kong where, like the UK, the networks don't
provide time to the phones, but the option was still available in
the phone.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, there is such a setting, and it is and has
been set to Autoupdate, but the time didn't change when DST went into
effect, whereas my son's V3 did. A previous model I received did not have
that option, which is one reason I returned it, but this one doesn't seem
to work.
