nokia 6500 classic

Hello everyone

Just upgraded my phone to a Nokia 6500 classic. Has anyone else got
one of these and had any problems with it?

First all I would like to say that the back of the phone is virtually
impossible to get off to put in the battery and sim. Someone had to do
it for me, what a nightmare. However, the main problem is the battery.
I've only had this phone a couple of days and have noticed that the
battery needs charging every day...is this normal for this phone does
anyone know? I'd be interested to hear any other opinions about the
phone.

My network provider say I can send it back and get another one but it's
a lovely looking phone with not too much on it. THey said it is very
unlikely that it is a problem with the battery but just that phones do
so much these days that they drain the battery but my N70 phone did
more and that only had to be charged every other day.

Any advice would be really appreciated, cheers D x
