Default Nokia communicates tender offer to Trolltech ASA shareholders
Nokia yesterday began communicating to Trolltech shareholders its voluntary cash tender offer for all outstanding shares of Trolltech ASA at NOK 16 per share. Trolltech’s board of directors has unanimously recommended that its shareholders accept the offer. The intention to launch the voluntary tender offer was announced on 28 January 2008.
