6300 voice dialling

It looks like there is no way of recording one's own voice tags on this
phone but can anyone advise if I can at least delete most of the existing
tags which are totally superfluous and only cause the reading engine even
more confusion!
(A totally crazy implementation of voice dialing IMHO) !
