Ringtone composer

Hallo I found "Tone Composer.jar" to create ringtunes for my nokia2610
However, its a bit stupid in my option

* No polyphic ringtunes can be composed
* Due to security restrictions the tone composer cannot directly save the
data in the Gallery but has to sent through SMS

Is there a ringtone copmoser available to create polyphinic SMS tunes on
the nokia2610 itself ?

If not - I intend to code one.

Where can I get a valid development suite ? Which packets would i need

* J2ME Java Development tree
* Libraries from Nokia ..
....


Can anybode guide me to the correct direction ?
