Is there any way to make Nokia PC Suite read the simcard phonebook or
does anyone know if there are any plans to make that facility
available in a future release?

Just tried that but no contacts are shown. My 6233 has over 100
contacts stored in the SIM memory, and they show OK in the demo
version of Oxygen Phone Manager, but so far I have been unable to read
the simcard phonebook with Nokia PC Suite, although it reads
everything else in the phone OK.
Any further ideas?

Strange works for me on my 6230i though I normally just synch with
Outlook. using Bluetooth.

Are you using the latest version of PC Suite appropriate for your
phone?

Yes, I update it regularly. If I copy my phonebook into the phone
memory, PC suite reads it OK but it just doesn't seem able to access
the simcard phonebook. It just shows empty.

Ah! Just tried a test contact on my SIM and it does not show up. Only
the ones in the phone's memory where I keep all my contacts. I am out
of ideas then.
