Nokia 1600 help please

Hi everyone,
I feel a bit dim here but can someone smart help me. I have a nokia 1600,
this morning i saved all the contacts from the phone to the sim, now all my
sent and recieved messages are shown by the phone number and not the name of
the sender alsoall the contacts are now duplicated, is there anyway i can
back from this,

You can fix it either by deleting all the entries in the phone memory,
or delete all the entries in the SIM, or select Menu > Contacts >
Settings > Memory in use. Then select whether the names are shown from
Phone or SIM card.
