install incoming e-mail on N73

Hi,

Does anyone know how to install incoming e-mail on my N73 with Telfort
(Netherlands) as provider? My outgoing mail works OK. Do I have to configure
an e-mail adress or do I get one from Telfort? What are the other settings?
The Tefort site does not provide me with complete information on this
specific subject.
