6680 Companion CD

Hi there folks. I was wondering if anyone out there has the companion CD
that comes with the 6680 on ORANGE (UK) network and would be prepared to
send me a copy?

Before the thought police get to work here let me explain that my
original has become damaged and I need a CD in order to restore the
phone to it's "original" state.

I'm happy to pay a reasonable amount for one :-)
