Nokia 6233/6234 Sensor Bluetooth Error ? help rquired.

my Nokia 6233/6234 has Sensor installed & when I come to activate the
Nokia Sensor application, it gives me a wierd error "Action Requires
Blutooth, Activate in phone settings"

BUT my bluetooth is ON !!!

I even tried turning off bluetooth...when i launch Sensor, it asks to
turn bluetooth on, so when i turn bluetooth on & then i try to set
Sensor ACTIVE, it gives me the same error again

can anyone shed any light on it as to what the problem maybe.
