help : 9300 sometimes freezes and has to be battery rebooted

Hi,

My 9300 quite often hangs and I find I have to do a battery reset
about once a week. The usual culprit is if I'm trying to access email
AND the GPRS connection drops. The mail client keeps trying to connect
forever (spinning rings icon). I'm accessing an IMAP4 server via SSL.

If I flip to Desk, this works but the "end task" option does nothing.

I generally like the device and the firmware is the latest 6.27(0)

Can anyone at least recommended a more reliable way to shut-down dead
apps or quicker way to reboot ?
