N70 software

I wonder if you can help me.

I have been using 'Carbide.ui S60 Theme Edition 3.1' to create themes for my
Nokia N70. The software is slow but I don't know of any other free software
I can use to create themes for my Nokia N70 mobile phone.

Does anyone know of any other free software I can use to create themes for
my Nokia N70 phone and where I can get it from?

Also, does anyone know of any free software I can use to create screensavers
for my Nokia N70 phone and where I can get it from?

I hope you can help me.
