Advice plz: Mobile with large display and chinese characters

Hi group

I am looking for a mobile phone that has large keypad, large character
(Chinese) display for my father in law.

At the moment, the mobile in use is the old nokia 6150.

Only kept this mobile as it is compatible with the inbuilt car kit. I don't
know how old or if any of the new mobiles support this now.

It doesn't have to be a nokia but it is preferred.
