Ringtone Help

Ok guys need a couple of questions answered, firstly when I get an mp3 and
trim it down for my phone what kind of quality should I use, as at 128kb
44mhz its sounds a bit distorted, secondly I am looking for a true tone of
the A Team anyone know where I can get one free, you know no send to my
mobile number or text this number, just a site I can download the mp3
