Network access point service

Hi all,

I'm the proud owner of a nokia 6086!
This low cost mobile phone provides a bluetooth service called 'network
access point service'

This makes very easy reaching the internet using the phone through the GSM
network (if the provider allows this) by clicking the bluetooth tray icon
and selecting "join a personnal network"

Here is my question: I am not able to find in the specs of this mobile phone
which feature allows that. Could someone help?

(A friend of mine owns a nokia 6290 which doesn't offer such a service. My
friend sim card works great in the 6086. He wants to change his phone but he
wants to be sure the new one will have the service)
