Internet on my Nokia 6133

I have seen post after post of how to connect to the internet from
your computer using your cell phone; that is easy.
What I am trying to do is to connect to the internet from my phone
using my home network. I have bluetooth, but cannot figure out how to
get this to work. Basically so I can access the internet at home on
my phone without having to subscribe to the $10 a month t-mobile
internet service.
