How to install Java apps on 6288?

Hi,
I want to know how can i install java-based applications and games on
my Nokia 6288.

It supports:
Javaâ„¢ MIDP 2.0, CLDC 1.1 (Connected Limited Device Configuration
(J2ME))
Preloaded applications: Calculator, World Clock II, Converter II
(Currency, area, length, mass, temperature etc conversions)
Over-the-air download of Javaâ„¢-based applications and games.

Is there a safe and easy way to install java apps and graphical step-
by-step guidance?

Is there a basic tutorial for installing 3rd party java apps on 6288?
Or generic installation guidance for 3rd party JAVA apps?
