Video files for Nokia 6230i

Hi.

I wonder which video file format will surely be played in Nokia 6230i.
I've tried to convert AVI to 3GP+ACM, 3GP+AAC and 3GP2, nothing of above was played by the phone.
6230i said: operation failed, as far as I remember.

What video file format is surely supported by 6230i?
It MUST provide very good quality of playing.
