NEWS: Nokia lobs another legal grenade at Qualcomm

Nokia has filed another lawsuit against Qualcomm in their
ever-growing list of patent spats.
This time, Nokia claims that Qualcomm's MediaFlo and Brew
technologies infringe its patents. Qualcomm's last filing against
Nokia covered software download and execution environments.

The timing isn't good for Qualcomm which is still suffering from a
ban on phones featuring some of its chips being imported into the US,
as a result of failing to settle an unrelated patent battle with
Broadcom. That ban is particularly hurting LG and Motorola, though
pretty much everyone except Nokia will be affected (Nokia makes its
own chips).
