Need your assist.***
hi....
i live in british columbia near vancouver...
last year a sign the contract with telus net and get two nokia phones
for my wife and me...in dec.07 i noticed that my phone batteries are
discharging very fast less then 24hrs...
i took my phone to telus and they send it for repair (phone still
under 1year warranty) after about 2 weeks they send it back with note
repaired...i took the phone home check it and the problem still
there..i assume that maybe this is my battery problem and ordered new
on ebay...check a new battery and this problem still there..so i knew
this is phone it self not a battery..i took phone back to telus and
they send it back to repair (still under warranty)...with note that it
wasnt fixed properly first time...when the phone come back to telus
they said it is liquid damage and it is not covered by warranty.
phone is working ok..just it doesnt hold batrries power (discharging
them)....and now i am stuck with NO help from telus(he said he did
what what he could) and NO help from nokia...i called nokia few
times...but they sending me each time to different person..with no
answer and help to this matter..also the nokia rep in toronto said he
will try...butstill nothing
another problem is that i cant speak fluently english...
i am 60 years old (on disability pension) and have this phone for
emergancy use (had bypass operation) and keep contackt with my wife...
can some of you know the person name (super viser,manager) and phone
number in nokia office where i can find some understanding of my
problem...or any other advices how to solve this problem
i have saved all emails corespondency..if you going to need some
additional information please let me know
by the way..i love this phone model 6265i
