Where is the best place to purchase an unlocked Nokia 6300?

I have heard that Carphone Warehouse sell them with a SIM card for whatever
provider you want, but they are mostly unlocked.

I have also heard that virgin will unlock any of there phones, FREE,
providing you have spent £30 with them..

Is this the case?

Love the phone and really want one.

It's not really that good. The battery on it is terrible!!! The cameras not
that good either.
But it does look smart!

Spec For Battery life does not seem too bad.

Standby= 348 hours
TalkTime= 3.3 Hours
