Sony Ericsson W300i: Help - Updating contacts on my mobile without Outlook/Lotus?

Hi,
How can I update my contacts in my Sony Ericssonn W300i from my Windows-PC
without using Outlook or Lotus Notes.
I just want to enter contact-details from an Excel-File or an Text-File.
