Default phone upgrade - changed mind

I upgraded all the handsets on my plan (with a new contract).
But one of the phones is not what I had intended.

If I did the whole process over the phone previously, can I still walk into
a store and exchange the handset (still unactivated). Or do I need to do
this over the phone again and deal with shipping?

Anybody know?

You should be able to do this at any Sprint corporate store. A Sprint
dealer (like RadioShack for instance) would not be able to handle this
though. They should allow you to replace the phone or simply go back to
your old one if you choose.
