Default Sprint - calling their own customers

I thought I saw this awhile ago -
Sprint reps calling their own customers...
to upgrade or sell them something -

wonder about the results ?
actually getting more revenue
vs pissing their own customers

BTW - my wife got called TWICE today
while she was in a meeting -
She thought it might be "important"
else why would Sprint be calling her !

Hahaha that is exactly what I think when seeing something like that. Also,
I don't know why he can't ask his wife instead of us who don't know who his
wife is to ask.

Or if he leaves his wife phone #'s here so someone here may give a shot
