If Sprint had a decent customer service, I wouldn't have a problem with
dropping excessive calling customers.
But sometimes you have to call multiple times to solve only a simple
problem.
Instead of dropping customers, why don't they drop some CS reps-then hire
some competent ones.

No? Well Sprint has, except they call these crazy boyfriends/girlfriends
their
customers. In a "Dear John" letter for the record books, Sprint dumped their
most high-maintenance customers.
