just got a 6800 Mogal moving from palm...BUT THIS ????

I have gotten Windows on the desktop to recognize that it was even
plugged in ONCE. I managed to transfer all of my appointments and
contacts that one time. Since then, ActiveSync just says “Phone, what
phone? I don’t see a phone…” 9 out of 10 times, it tells me that it
doesn’t see a phone right after I plug the phone in. So I plug the
phone in, and out of the blue without my doing anything else,
ActiveSync says “I don’t see a phone.” So I am thinking “you must see
SOMETHING or you wouldn’t be telling me you don’t see anything, you
sorry POS (piece of software).” Really very annoying. The Palm
worked so much better with Windows than this.

can winders not see winders or WHAT is up with this ?
