Interesting. I received a notice several weeks ago, announcing that the
site would be unavailable to me for 3 days, while they migrated my
records to a new system.
Sure enough, at the end of that 3-day period, I re-registered and
everything's working like a charm. In fact, it's working for me BETTER
than before: Because I had had Retention fix a problem with my account a
couple of weeks ago (giving me the unlimited SMS that my account was
supposed to have, instead of 500/month), I was (as usual) locked out of
"current usage" stats until the end of the billing period, which is in a
few days. On this new system, I'm no longer locked out, and can see all
my current usage stats.
That's one annoyance out of the way!
