suggestions for best quality video-cam phone?

I'm looking for a best-available video capable
phone that would:

a: let me send clips over the t-mobile network
and
b: transfer a memory card from the phone to a reader

(alternatively, I'd settle for a patch cord, but
I'd like to avoid that)

Price, within reason, isn't an issue.

The Nokia N-95 seems to be the best bet, but I'd
love to hear other suggestions.
