Does anyone know if it is possible to purchase a new phone through a TMO
owned bricks and mortar store and have the cost added to your bill (no
immediate out-of-pocket expense)? This is the big advantage to upgrading
via the website, but then you have to wait a couple of days to actually
receive the new phone.
Not exactly one of the great issues of our time, but something I have
wondered about for a while.

I've asked, as this was one of the nice things about being an Alltel/GTE/
Verizon customer. They used to do it. Sprint and T-Mo don't. (I've
specifically asked reps from both companies)

It's all fun and games until someone starts a bonfire in the living room.
