Palm's new phone is great for keeping you connected while on the road,
but you can't do cloud messaging when you're physically in the clouds.
You also can't play games, because there really aren't any, and in
fact the Pre doesn't offer much in the way of sheer fun (unless your
idea of fun is tweeting about the lack of available apps in Palm's
store). Ars reports from the road.

Another web site notices that the Palm Pre is being returned by
disappointed fan boys.
"Palm's Pre mobile phone is the company's flagship model for this
year, yet it seems that the handset comes to the market with more
problems than one would expect. Not only that the device has to face
strong competition from Apple's new iPhone 3GS, but it seems that the
quality it features is not the best that can be.
According to some of the latest surveys among users, the return rate
is a little too high for the phone ..."
