Yep, the restrictions are the same as for phone use- normally you can
only do e-mail and web browsing through T-Mo's proxy server
(216.155.165.50, port 8080) which prevents downloads (or web pages)
greater than 1MB.

Right now, without running through the proxy server, you can get
unlimited access- set up a connection to your phone and dial *99# to
connect.
